NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th January 1971
G.S.R 10(E) —In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), read with sub clause (III) of clause (b) of sub-section (1) nf Section 7 of the Food Corpora- tions Act, 1064 (37 of 1964) the Central Government hereby appoints Shri K Narayanan, Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Civil Supplies and Cooperation, New Delhi as a director on the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India vice Shri K Sundararajulu resigned, and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food), No G S R 37, dated the 2nd January 1965, namely —
In the said notification under the heading "Directors appointed under section 7(l)(b)". against item (4), for the entry the following entry shall be substituted, namely —
"Shri K Narayanan, Joint Secretary Ministry of Civil Supplies and Co- operation, New Delhi"
