G.S.R. 13(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government hereby directs that the following further amendment be made In the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely—

G.S.R. 14(E).—In "x*rci"e of-the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Bection 25 of the Customs Act, 1B62 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary In the public interest so to do, hereby exempts the variety of Cardamom known by the, botanical name 'Amomum Subulatum' falling under Heading- No. 22 of th& Second Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1973 (51 of 1975), when exported out of India, from the whole of the duty of customB leviable there- on under the said Second Schedule.
