NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th January 1977
S O. 19(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, namely:—
1 (1) These rules may be called the Authentication (Orders and other Instru- ments) Amendment Rules, 1977.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2 In rule 2 of the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules 1958 in clause (27), the words "Joint Secretary to the President", shall be omitted.
