S.O. 24(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Commis- sions of Inquliy Act 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby further extends upto the 31st January, 1977 the period within which the Commission of Inquiry appointed by the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce (Department of Export Production) by the notification No S O. 318(E), dated the 1st August 1976, shall submit its report to the Central Government
