G S.R. 24(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 7 of the Judges (Inquiry) Act, 1968 (51 of 1968), the Joint Committee constituted under sub-section (1) of that section, hereby makes the following rules, the same having been approved and confirmed by the Speaker of the House of the people and the Chairman of the Council of States, as required by sub-section (5) of that section, namely —
1. Short title and commencements—(1) These rules may be called the Judges (Inquiry) Rules (Extension to Sikkim) Rules. 1977.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Gazette of India.
2. Extension of Judges (Inquiry) Rules. 1969 to Sikkim.—On and from the commencement of these rules, the Judges (Inquiry) Rules, 1969, shall extend to, and come into force in, the State of Sikkim
