SO . 31 ( E ) 718FB/ IDRA / 77.- Whereas by the order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development ( Department of Industrial Develop- ment) No S.O. 72 ( E ) / 18FB / IDRA / 74 , dated the 29th January , 1974 ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order ) , the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred ny clause ( b ) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 18FB of the Industries (De- velopment and Regulation) Act, 1951 ( 05 of 1951 ) , declared that the operation of all contracts , assurances of property agreements , settlements , awards , standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the date of issue of the said Order ( other than those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions) to which the industrial undertaking known as Messrs . Hind Cycles Limited Bombay ( Bombay unit ) , or the company owning such industrial under- taking is a party or which may be applicable to such industrial undertaking or company shall remain suspended for period of one year and that all the rights , privileges , obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the sald dałe shall remain suspended for the sald period ,
And, whereas , the duration of the said Order was extended upto the 28th January , 1977 ,

And , whereas , the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said Order should be extended for a further period of one year upto and inclusive of the 28th January , 1978 ,
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) , read with sub - section ( 2 ) , of section 18FB of the Industries ( Development and Regula- tion ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said Order upto and inclusive of the 28th January , 1978

का ० प्रा० 31 ( श्र ) '18 चल/ उ ० वि ० वि० प्र ० / 77.- केन्द्रीय सरकार ने उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धारा 18 चख की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व औद्योगिक विकास मन्त्रालय (औद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के श्रादेश सं ० का ० आ० 72 ( असा ० ) / 18चख उ ० वि ० वि ० अ ०/ 74 , तारीख 29 जनवरी 1974 ( जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात् उक्त आदेश कहा गया है ) द्वारा यह घोषित किया था कि उक्त आदेश के जारी किए जाने की तारीख के ठीक पूर्व प्रवृत्त सभी सविदाओ सम्पत्ति के हस्तान्तरण पल्नो , करारो , व्यवस्थापनो , पचाटो, स्थायी श्रादेशो या अन्य लिखतो का ( उनसे भित्र, जो बैको और वित्तीय सस्थाओं के प्रतिभूत दायित्वो से सबधित है ) , जिसको मैसर्स हिन्द साइकिल लिमिटेड, मुम्बई ( मुम्बई यूनिट ) नामक औद्योगिक उपक्रम या ऐसे औद्योगिक उपक्रम की स्वामी कम्पनी एक पत्रकार है या जो उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम को लागू किए जा सकते है, प्रवर्तन एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए निलम्बित रहेगा और उक्त तारीख के पूर्व उनके अधीन प्रोदभूत या उदभुत होने वाले सभी अधिकार, विशेषाधिकार , बाध्यताए तथा दायित्व उक्त अवधि के लिए निलम्बित रहेगे ।
और उक्त श्रादेश की कालाधि 28 जनवरी , 1977 तक बढ़ा दी गई थी ;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार का समाधान हो गया है कि उक्त श्रादेश की कालावधि 28 जनवरी, 1978 तक जिसमे वह दिन भी सम्मिलित है, को और अवधि के लिए बढ़ा दी जानी चाहिए ;
अत , अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार , उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 चब की उपधारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्ति- यो का प्रयोग करते हुए , उक्त आदेश की कालावधि 28 जनवरी 1978 तक, जिसमे वह दिन भी सम्मिलित है बढाती है ।
