RESOLUTION

New Delhi, the 20th January 1977

No. 156(9)/74-P.Y.I.—In the Resolution issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (Department of Food) under No 156(9)/74-PY.I dated the 10th September, 1975 constituting the Advisory Council, Government of India have decided to make the following amendments in the list of members namely:—

(1) In the list of official members as amended by the Resolution dated 9th October, 1975, for serial No 12 the following shall be substituted namely:—

"12. Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Civil Supplies and Co-operation.";

(2) In the list of non-official members as amended by Resolution dated 9th October. 1975. the entry at serial No 11 shall be deleted and the existing entries at serial Nos 12 to 25 in the said list shall be renumbered as serial Nos. 11 to 24 in the same order(67)

Ordered that a copy of this Resolution be communicated to all the State Gov- ernments/Union Territory Administrations, All Members of the Advisory Coun-- cil, Cabinet Secretariat, Prime Minister''; Secretarial, Department of Parliamen- tary Affairs, Private Secretary to the President the Comptroller and Auditor General 01 India, and the Accountant General, Central Revenues. New Delhi.

Ordered also that this Resolution be published in the Gazette of India for general information.
