NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, The 25th January 1977
S.O. 44(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of section 2 of the Petroleum Pipe- lines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum, No. S.O. 611 (E), dated the 14th September, 1976. namely:—
In the Schedule below the said notification, in serial Nos. 1 and 2, for the entry in column 2, the following entry shall be substituted, namely—
"Liaison Officer, Indian Oil Corporation Limited. Salaya-Mathura Pipeline Project, Marvi House, Jamnagar Road, Rajkot."
"Liaison Officer, Oil and Natural Gas Commission'. Construction and Main- tenance Division Makarpura Road, Baroda, Gujarat State."
