G.S.R. 46(E).—In pursuance of the second proviso to sub-rule (1) of rule 32 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Central Board, of Excise and Customs No. 292/76-Central Excises, dated the 21st December, 1976, namely. —
In the said notification in the first paragraph, clause (1) shall be omitted
