S.O. 52(K).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of sec- tion 20 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1054 (37 of 1954) and in supersession of the Order of the Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Planning (Department ot Health) SO 1772 dated 11th May, 1976, the Central Government hereby authorises the Deputy Director General of Health Services, in charge of the work relating to Prevention of Food Adulteration Act in the Directorate General of Health Services, New Delhi, for the purposes of the said sub-section
