ORDER
New Delhi, the 31st January 1977
S.O. 59(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essen- tial Commodities Act, l9]55 (10 of 1955). the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Copper (Prohibition of Use in the Manufacture of Electrical Cables and Wires) Order, 1970, namely:—
1. (1) This Order may be called the Copper (Prohibition of Use in the Manufacture of Electrical Cables and Wires) Amendment Order, 1977 (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2 In the Schedule to the Copper (Prohibition of Use in the Manufacture of Electrical Cables and Wires) Order, 1970. against SI No. 31, in column 3, relating to conditions of manufacture, after entry (vi), the following entry shall be added, namely:—
