NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 1st February 1977
G.S.R. 53 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (i) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) read with sub-rule (i) and the first proviso to sub-rule (2) of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, namely:—
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Fourth Amendment Regulations, 1977.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulation, 1955 for the heading "Andhra Pradesh" and the entries occurring thereunder, the following shall be substituted, namely :—

O.S.R. 53 (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (i) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) read with rule n of the Indian Administra- tive Service (Pay) Rules, 1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Administra- tive Servioe (Pay) Rules, 1954, namely :—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Third Amend- ment Rules, 1977.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gtaette.
2. In the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 1954 :—
(a) In Schedule III-A—Posts carrying pay above 'the time scale in the Indian Administrative Service under the State Governments in the Table, for the entry "Andhra Pradesh" occurring in the first column and the corresponding entries in the second and third columns, the following shall be substituted, namely :—
