ORDER
New Delhi the 1st February 1977
S.O. 60(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18G and Section 25 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following order further to amend the Cement Control Order, 1967, namely
1 (1) This Order may be called the Cement Control (First Amendment) Order, 1977.
(2) It shall come into force with immediate effect
2 (a) In sub-clause (a) of clause 8 of the Cement Control Order. 1967 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order) for the figure "246 65" the figure "263 65" shall be substituted (b) In sub-clause (b) of clause 8 of the said Order, for the figure "237.65" the figure "254 65" shall be substituted
(c) In sub-clause (c) of clause 8 of the said Order, for the figure "214.65" the figure "231 65" shall be substituted
