ORDER

EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

New Delhi, the 5th February 1977

S.O. 140 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports

and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby

makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1963

namely—

1 This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Second Amendment

Order, 1977.

2 In the Exports (Control) Order, 1968, in OGL 4, S. No. 11 shall be

deleted.

3. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1968 in Part 'B' of Schedule I the

following! shall be deleted —

"30 (ix)—Castor Oil"

4 In Part 'A' of Schedule I to the Exports (Control) Order, 1968, the

following items shall be added after item No. 63:—

"64—Castor Oil

65—Linseed Oil"
