Now, Therefore m exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sectitm (3) of section 4 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby excludes from the Cantonment of Ambalftj nil tht areas, described in the following Schedule, namely :—

Description of the areas to be excluded from the Cantonment of Ainbala —

(a) The areas declared as civil areas under section 43-A of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (2 of 1924), vide Defence Department notifications No. 385 dated the 22nd May, 1937, No. 39$ dated the 28th February, 1942, No. 12S dated the 10th October, 1942 and No. 33 dated the-16th January, 1943 comprising Sadar Bazar, B I Ba7.ur and BC Bazar.

From this point the boundary runs easterly upto a distance of 173*00 metres meeting the boundary wall of DAV High School.
