G.S.R. 60(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of sec- tion 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 32 of the Finance Act, 1976 (66 of 19761, the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts nylon filament yarn and polyester filament yarn, imported into India under and in accordance with the terms and conditions of an import replenishment licence issued under the Imports (Control) Order. 1955, against exports of—
(1) Nylon filament yarn fabrics, made-up articles, quilted fabrics and quilted Blankets, other than hosiery, knitwear and effibroidered fabrics;
(ii) Polyester filament yarn fabrics and made-up articles, other than
hosiery, knitwear and embroidered fabrics;
(in) Fabrics, and made-up articles (other than hosiery and knitwear and embroidereld fabrics) of mixed yarn of nylon filament and polyester filament;
