NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 5th February 1977

S.O 141 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section

22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Com-

mission hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in its notifi-

tation No. 434/KL/77 (2) dated 2nd February, 1977, namely:

In column 2 of the Table appended to the said notification, for the existing

entries against item Nos. 2 and 7 appearing respectively against serial Nos. 2 and

3, Indicated in column 1, the following entries shall be substituted:—

District Agricultural Officer, Telllcherry.

Assistant Development Commissioner, Malappuram.
