Q.S.It. 66(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 2 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944. the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 108/74- Central Excises, dated the 20th June, 1974, namely: —
In the Table annexed to the said notification in Column (3) against Serial Number 1, for the entry "Rupees one hundred and sixty-five", the entry "Rupees sixty-five", shall be substituted.
