G.S.R. 67 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of sес- tion 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , and in supersession of the notifica- tion of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking (Revenue Wing ) No. 275 - Customs , dated 2nd August , 1976 , the Central Govern- ment , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby exempts component parts of compressors of over 75 HP , being compressors falling under Heading No. 84 11 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act , 1975 ( 51 of 1975 ) , when imported into India for use in refrigerating and air- conditioning equipment , from so much of that portion of the duty of customs leviable thereon which is specified in the said First Schedule as is in excess of 40 per cent ad -valorem.

सा० का० ति० 67 ( २) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सोमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए भौर भारत सरकार के राजस्व और बैंकिंग विभाग ( राजस्व पक्ष ) की अधिसूचना सं ० 275 - सी ० शु ० तारीख 2 अगस्त , 1976 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोक हित में ऐसा करना श्रावश्यक है, सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनिमम , 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) को प्रथम अनुसूचो के शीर्ष स ० 84.11 के अन्तर्गत सम्मिलित 7.5 अश्व शक्ति से अधिक के संपीडको के संघटक पुर्जी को जब उनका भायात प्रशीतन और वातानुकूलन उपस्करो में उपयोग के लिए भारत में किया जाए उक्त प्रथम अनुसूची के अधीन उन पर उग्रहणीय सीमा शुल्क के उतने भाग के संदाय से छूट देती है जो मूल्य के 40 प्रतिशत में अधिक है ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of sec- tion 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , read with sub - section (4) of section 32 of the Finance Act , 1976 ( 66 of 1976) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking No 369 - Customs , dated the 2nd August , 1976, namely : -
In the Schedule below the said notification , for serial number 5 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely: -
"5. No 23 - Customs , dated 8th February, 1977 "

सा० का० ति० 68 (अ ) -केन्द्राय सरकार , वित्त अधिनियम , 1976 ( 1976 का 66 ) की धारा 32 की उपधारा ( 4 ) के साथ पठित सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोक हित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के राजस्व और बैंकिग विभाग की अधिसूचना सं ० 369 मीमाशुल्क तारीख 2 अगस्त, 1976 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन और करती है, अर्थात्--
उक्त अधिसूचना के नीचे की अनुसची में क्रम सं ० 5 और उससे सम्बद्ध प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्
" 5. सं ० 23 -सीमाशुल्क , तारीख 8 फरवरी , 1977 ।"

G.S.R. 69 ( E ) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of sec- tion 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , read with sub - section ( 4 ) of section 32 of the Finance Act , 1976 ( 66 of 1976 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby exempts palmoleine falling within chapter 15 ofof the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 ( 51 of 1975 ) , when imported into India from-
(a) the whole of the duty of customs leviable thereon which is specified in the said First Schedule ; and
(b ) the whole of the auxiliary duty of customs leviable thereon under sub - section ( 1 ) of section 32 of the said Finance Act
2. This notification shall be in forcè upto and inclusive of the 31st March , 1977 .

सा० फा० ति ० 69 ( श्र ) वित्त अधिनियम , 1976 ( 1976 का 66) की धारा 32 की उपधारा ( 4 ) के साथ पठित सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार अपना यह समाधान होजाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोक हित में श्रावश्यक है , इस अधिसूचना द्वारा सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) की प्रथम अनुसूची के अध्याय 15 के अन्र्तगत सम्मिलित पामोलीन , तब जब भारत में उसका प्रायात किया जाए--
(क) उनपर उग्रहणीय उस समस्त सीमा शुल्क से जो उक्त प्रथम अनुसूची में बिनिदिष्ट है , और
(ख) उक्त वित्त अधिनियम की धारा 32 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अधीन उन पर उग्रहणीय समस्त सहायक सीमाशुल्क से, छुट देती है ।
2. यह अधिसूचना 31 मार्च, 1977 तक जिसमें यह दिन भी सम्मिलित है , प्रवृत्त रहेगी ।
