ORDER
New Delhi, the 9th February 1977
G.S.R. 71 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by rules 100, 101 and sub- rule (6) of rule 102 of the Defence and Internal Security of India Rules, 1971, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Compensa- tion Tribunal Order, 1974, namely: —
1 (1) This Order may be called the Compensation Tribunal (Amendment) Order, 1977.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. In the Compensation Tribunal Order, 1974 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), paragraph 7 shall be omitted.
3 In paragraph 19 of the said Order, the words "on payment of such expenses and fees as it considers reasonable," shall be omitted.
