ORDER
New Delhi, the 9th February 1977
S.0.150 (E) —In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18-G and Section 25 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Cement Control Order, 1967, namely.—
1 (1) This Order may be called the Cement Control (2nd Amendment) Order, 1977
(2) It shall come into force on the 9th February, 1977.
2. (a) For the schedule in the said Order, the following schedule shall be substituted, namely,—

NOTES —
(1) In the case of rapid hardening cement, low heat cement and grey cement of specific surface not ltss than 3500 em'/gj and additional price of Rs. 12 per tonne and in the case of water proof (Hydrophobic) cement, an additional price of Ra. 21 per tonne may be added to the price specified above. |
(2) The ex-factory price of cement m respect of Durgapur Cement Works, Durgapur has been arrived at on the basis that in producing 4 lukh tonnos of slag cement, the rtw materials, will consist of 2 lakhtonnesof slag, one lakh tonne of clinker to be supplied by Tilda Expansu n Scheme and one lakh tonne of clinker to be supplied by existing units."
(3) The price of cement ex-service and cx-Ahmedabad Works of Shrce Digvnay Cerrent Company Limited will be applicable to the manufacture of ordinary portlund cement irr m chrkei supplied by Sikka Cement Plant.
