NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th February 1977
S.O 156(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Sec- 1)0n 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby makes the following amendments in its Notification No. 434/ PB/77(2) dated 29 January, 1977, namely: —
In column 2 of the Table appended to the said notification,—
(2) for the existing entry numbered 7 against item 1—Gurdaspur parlia- mentary constituency, the entry "Additional Deputy Commissioner, Gurdaspur",
(ii) For the existing entry numbered 6 against item 8—Patiala parliamentary constituency the entry "Additional Deputy Commissioner, Patiala",
(iii) for the existing entry numbered 5 against item 9—Ludhiana parliamentary any constituency, the entry 'Additional Deputy Commissioner Ludhiana", and
(iv) for the existing entry numbered 6 against item 13—Ferozepur parlia- mentary constituency the entry "Deputy Director, Urban Local Bodies, Forespur",
shall be substituted.
