ORDER
New Delhi, the 14th February 1977
SO 162(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (I) of Section 9 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951). the Cen- tral Government hereby specifies the classes of goods manufactured or produced wholly or in part of jute in the scheduled industry of textiles as mentioned in column (2) of the Table below on which a duty of excise shall be levied and col- lected as a case for the purposes of the said Act for a period of one year commenc- ing from the 1st March, 1977 at such rates as are specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table.
