S O. 173(E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section' (2) of section 17 of the Sick Textile Undertakings (Nationalisation) Act, 1974 (57 of 1974), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri S Vilayarangam, to assist the Commis- sioner of Playments appointed under the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Commerce (Department of Textiles) No S.O 469(E), dated the 9th July, 1976.
