S.O 176(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 82B of the Indian Railways Act, 1890 (Act IX of 1890), the Central Government hereby appoints Shrl H C P Tripathi, a retired ,Judge of the Allahabad High Court presently working as Chairman, Railway Rates Tribunal, Madras concurrently as Adhoc Claims Commissioner to deal wilh all the claims arising out of the accident involv- ing 130 On Varnnast-Asansol Passengpr and No 2 VMA Passenger at Mughasahari on Eastern Railway on 18th January, 1977.
The Office of the Adhoc Claims Commissioner will be at Allahabad
