S.O. 180(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 17 of the Sick Textile Undertakings (Nationalisation) Act 1974 (57 of 1974) the Central Government hereby appoints Shn C. F Abdulla Keyi, to assist the Com- missioner of Payments appointed under the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Commerce (Department of Textiles) No S.O. 469 (E), dated the 9th July, 1976.
