S.O 181(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 17 of the Sick Textile Undertakings (Nationalisation) Act, 1974 (57 of 1974), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri V H Thakore, to assist the Commis- sioner of Payrnents appointed under the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Commerce (Department of Textiles) No SO. 469(B), dated the 9th July, 1976.
