ORDER

New Delhi, the 19th February 1977

G.S.R. 16(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (1) of clause 4B of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order, 1947, and in supersession of the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Agriculture and Irriga- tion (Department of Food) No. G.SR 10(E) dated the 17th January, 1975, the Vegetable Oil Products Controller for India hereby prescribes that, in addition to the limits of usage of refined vegetable oils specified in sub-clause (a) of the clause (2) of paragraph 2 of the First Schedule to the Vegetable Oil Products (Standards of Quality) Order, 1975, the limits specified in column (3) of the Table below as the minimum limit of usage of the vegetable oils specified in the corres- ponding entry in column (1) of the said Table in the manufacture of vegetable oil product (other than product manufactured for non-edible industrial use) in the regions specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table (235) 236 T HE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PARI II—SKC. 3(i)
