G.S.R. 77(E).—In pursuance of Section-7 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Act, 1956 (61 of 1956), the Central Government hereby notifies that Shri Jagpat Dubey has resigned his membership of the Khadi and Village Indus- tries Commission with effect from the after- noon of the 12th February, 1977, and in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section 2 of Section 4 of the said Act. the Central Government hereby directs that in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Industrial Develop- ment) Notification No G.S R. 271 (E) dated the 31st March 1976, reference to the appointment of Shri Jagpat Dubey as member of the said Commission shall be omitted
