S.O. 188(E) —In pursuance of sub-rule (1) of rule 49 of the Conduct of Elections Rules, 1961, the Election Commission hereby directs that in the elec- tion to the House of the People from the Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands to be held in pursuance of the President's notification published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3(ii). dated 10 February, 1977. the method of voting by ballot shall be followed at all the polling stations provided for the parliamentary constituency of that Union Territory
