No. A.12026/11/76-Adinn.I(LA).—In continuation of this Department's Notifica- tion No. A 12026/11/76-Admn.I(LA), dated the 9th December, 1976, the President is pleased to appoint Shri V V. Vaze, a permanent Officer of Grade II (Additional Legal Adviser) of the Central Legal Service and officiating in Grade I (Joint Secretary and Legal Adviser) of that Service, as Chairman of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Appellate Board in the Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs, on an ad hoc basis for a further period of one month with effect from the 1st March, 1977 to the 31st March, 1977.
