No. PEG(43)/76..—In supersession of this Ministry's Notification No PEG(43)/ 76, dated the 15th February, 1077 and In pursuance of the powers conferred on them by Section 3(i)(b) of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri P. G Kundaji, Traffic Manager, Mormugao Port Trust, as Deputy Chairman on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Mormugao during the period of leave of Shri R J Majithia, Chairman, Mormugao Port Trust from 22nd February, 1977 to 3rd March, 1977.
