NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 21st February 1977

S.0. 194 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22

of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission

hereby directs that the following further amendment shall be made in its notifica-

tion No. 434/GJ/77(2), dated 29th January, 1977, namely;—

In Column 2 of the Table appended to the said notification, after the existing

entry numbered 6 against item 8-Bhavnagar parliamentary constituency,

the entry "7, Deputy Collector, Agriculture Land ceiling, Bhavnagar",

shall be inserted
