G.S. R. 100 (E).—The following Order made by the acting President on the 28th February, 1977 is published for general Information —
ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 371 of the Consti- tution I Basappa Danappa Jatti Vice-President, acting as President of India, hereby make, with respect to the State of Gujarat the following Order, namely -— 1 Short title and commencement — (1) This Order may be called the State of Gujarat (Special Responsibility of Govonor for Kutch) Order, 1977
(2) It shall come into force at once 2 Special responsibility of Governor—(1) The Governor of Gujarat shall have special responsibility for the establishment of a development board for Kutch and for the other matters referred to in clause (2) of article 371 of the Constitution in respect of that area
(2) The Governor shall, in the discharge of his special responsibility under this Order, act in his discretion
