S.O. 202(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of sec- tion 22 of the Representation of the People Act 1951 (43 of 1951) the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in its notification No 434/ARUN/77(l) dated 31 January, 1977, namely:—
In column 2 of the Table appended to the said notification after the existing entry at No 3 —
against item '2-Returning Officer of 2-Arunachal East Parliamentary Consti- tituency' the entry 4 "Extra Assistant Commissioner of Tuting at Tuting" and 5 "Extra Assistant Commissioner of Walong at Walong" shall be added
