1976 का० प्रा० 203 ( श्र ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार सनान पारिश्रमिक अधिनियम , (1976 का 25) को धारा 1 को उपधारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , 14 मार्च , 1977 को उम तारीख के रूप में ना करता है जिनको उक्त अर्थात इनसे उपाब अनसूनो में विनिर्दिष्ट निराजों को बाबत प्रवृत हो । ।
अनुसूची
1. पेय, तम्बाकू और तन्याहू परों का विति । :
( 1 ) स्विरिट से शराब बनाना; इममा परिगोधन और सम्मिश्रण ।
( 2) शराब उद्योग ।
( 3) माल्ट शराब और माल्ट ।
( 4) देसी शराब और ताड़ी ।
(5) मन रहिन पेष और कार्यनयुक्त जल उद्योग ।
( 6 ) तम्बाकू के डडल निकालना , पुण्य सुजाना और अन्य सभी संक्रियाएं जो तम्बाकू के निर्माग के लिए कच्चे पते तैयार करने से संबंधित है ।
( 7 ) बोड़ी का बनाना ।
(8) सितार, सिरेट, चुद्ध और सिा रेट तम्भारु का विनिर्माण ।
( 9 ) चजाने का तम्बाकू ओतरदश ओर नमवार का निर्माग ।

2. काण्ड , काष्ठ उरतों, फौंबर और किश्तरों का निर्माण :
(1 ) वेनियर, प्लाईवुड और उनके उत्पादों का विनिर्माण ।
(2) लकड़ी (प्लाईवुड से भिन ) को चिराई और समतल करना ।
(3) लहडी ओर बेंन के बस्यों, टोकरियों, ब्रूनों, पोषों , और लकडो के अन्य डिब्बों, टोकरियों ओर अन्य ने । , बास , सरकडा ओर विलो के ऐवे सामान जो पूर्णतः या मुख्यतः बेंत्र के बने हैं नेन , बाम, सरकंडा और विनां से बने हों ।
(4) इमारतो लकडो के सामान (जिसने उरवारित इमारती लकड़ो सम्मिलित है ) जैने शहतोर, खभने , दरवाजे और खिडकियों ( जित पोम, बोल्ट और लकड़ी के श्रथ सामान का वर्गीकृत है , चोरता श्रीर उन्हें माटे तौरपर शस्त्र देना सम्मिलित नहीं है , जो कुन्दा बनाने के अन्तर्गत वर्गीकृत है ) का विनिमीग ।
( 5) लकड़ी के श्रीोगिक सामान जैसे अटेरतो , ब्लाकों , हैंडलों , सैडर्डीग और इसी प्रकार के सामान और उपस्कर किक्सचर का निर्माण ।

( 6 ) कार्क और कार्क के उत्पादों का विनिर्माण ।
( 7) लकड़ी के फर्नीचर और उपस्करों ( फिक्सचर ) का निर्माण ।
( 8 ) बांस और बेंत के फर्नीचर तथा उपस्करों ( फिक्सचर ) का विनिर्माण ।
(9 ) लकडी , बांस और बॅत के ऐसे उत्पादों का विनिर्माण जो इस अधिसूचना में अन्यत विनिर्दिष्ट नहीं किए गए हैं ।
3. कागज और कागजों के उत्पादों का विनिर्माण और मुद्रण , प्रकाशम और अनुषंगी उद्योग:
( 1) लुगुदी, कागज और गत्ते का विनिर्माण जिसमें अखबारी कागज भी है ।
( 2 ) कागज और गप्त्ते के डिब्बों और बक्सो का विनिर्माण ।
( 3 ) वे ऐसे लगुदा उत्पादो का विनिर्माण जो अन्यत्र कहीं विनिर्दिष्ट नहीं किए गए हैं, जैसे गुड़िया ।
( 4) कागज और गत्ते की ऐसी वस्तुयों का निर्माण जो अन्यत्र काहीं वर्गीकृत नहीं की गई है ।
( 5 ) अखबारों का मुद्रण और प्रकाशन ।
( 6 ) सामयिक पत्र-पत्रिकानों, पुस्तकों , एटक्षसों, नक्शों, शोटम्यूज़िक , निर्देशिकामों भादि का मुद्रण भौर प्रकाशन ।
( 7 ) बैंक नोटों, करेंसी नोटों, डाक टिकटों का मुद्रण ; सुरक्षा प्रेस श्रादि ।
( 8 ) इंग्रेविणं , इजिंग, ब्लाक बनाना शादि ।
( 9 ) जिल्द साजी ।
(10 ) मुद्रण , प्रकाशन और अनुषंगी क्रिया कलाप , जिन्हें अन्यत्र कहीं विनिर्दिष्ट नहीं किया गया है जैसे लिफाफो का मुद्रण , पिक्चर पोस्टकार्ड मुद्रण, समुद्भरण और इसी प्रकार के अन्य कार्य ।
4. चमड़ा और चमड़ा एवं लोमचम उत्पादों मरम्मत के सिवाय का विनिर्माण :
( 1 ) चमड़े का शोध , संसाधन , फिनिशिंग समुद्भरण और जापाানিয় ।
( 2) बल्कनित या मोल्डेड रबड़ या प्लास्टिक के जूतों के अतिरिक्त जूतों का विनि- मार्ण ( मरम्मत को छोड़कर ) ।
(3 ) चमड़ा या चमड़े के स्थान पर प्रयुक्त होने वाले पदार्थों के कोट, दस्ताने और इसी प्रकार के पहनने के अन्य परिधान का विनिर्माण ।
(4) बमड़े के उपभोक्ता मालों ( परिधान भौर जूतों से भित्र ) का विनिर्माण ।
(5 ) व्यवसाय के लिए फर और अन्य खालों का छोल्न , विच्छेदन , शोधन, विर्रअन और रंगाई ।
( 6 ) फर भौर खाल के पहनने के परिधान का विनिर्माण ।
(7) फर और खाल के गलीते और प्रम्य सामानों का विनिर्माण ।

(8 ) चमडे और फर उत्पादों का विनिर्माण जो इस अधिसूचना में अन्यत्र विनिदिष्य नहीं है ।
6 रबड़ , प्लास्टिक, पेट्रोलियम तथा कोयले के उत्पादों का विनिर्माण
(1) टायर और ट्यूब उद्योग ।
(2 ) मुख्यत वल्कनित या मोल्डेड रबड के बने जूनो षा विनिर्माण ।
(3) ऐसे रनड उत्पादों का विनिर्माण जो अन्यत्र वर्गीत नही हैं ।
(4) ऐने प्यास्टिक उत्पादो ( श्रवास सज्जा को छोडकर ) का विनिर्माण जो पन्यत्त वर्गीकृत नही हैं ।
( 5) पैट्रोलियम परिष्करण शालाए ।
(6) पैट्रोलियम के ऐसे उत्सादो का विनिर्माण जो इस अधिसूचना में अन्यत्र वर्गीकृत नहीं किए गए हैं ।
कोक भट्टियो में तारकोल का उत्पादन ।

( 9) ऐस्त्रेस्टास, सीमेंट और अन्य सीमेन्ट के उत्पादों का विनिर्माण ।
( 10 ) प्रकीर्ण अघात्विक खनिज उत्पादो जैसे स्लेट के उत्पाव , अग्रेसिव , ग्राफाइट उत्पाद , खनिज ऊन , सिलिका उत्पाद और ऐसे अन्य अधात्विक खनिज उत्पाद जो इस अधिसूचना मे अन्यत्र विनिर्दिष्ट नहीं किए गए हैं का विनिर्माण ।
7. मूपधातु और मिश्र धातु उद्योग
( 1 ) लोहे और इस्पात के उद्योग ।

8. मशीनरी एवं परिवहन उपस्करों के सिवायबातु के पुर्जों का विनिर्माण:
( 1 ) धातु के बने उत्पादो जैसे टीन -प्लेट , टर्न प्लेट या इनैमलित शीटमेटल से बने मेटल केन , मेटल शिपिंग डिब्बे , पीपे , ड्रम, के डोल , सफ, वाल्ट , ह मिलित सेनेटरी और धातु से बने ऐसे सभी उत्पादों का निर्माण जो इस अधिसूचना में अन्यत्त विनिर्दिष्ट नही किए गए है ।
(2) धातु के इमारती उत्पादो का विनिर्माण ।
( 3 ) मुख्यत. धातु के फर्नीचर और उपस्करो ( फिक्सचरी ) का विनिर्माण ।
(4) हाथ के औजारो तथा सामान्य लोहे के सामान का विनिर्माण ।
(5) धातु उत्पादों का एनैमल करना , जैपानिंग करना, रोगन करना , कलई करना , मुलम्मा चढाना तथा पालिश करना ।
( 6) धातु के बरतन , छुरी -काटे और रसोई के बरतन ।
( 7) मशीनरी और परिवहन के उपस्करो के सिवाय धातु के ऐसे उत्पादो का निर्माण जो इस अधिसूच ना मे अन्यत्र अधिसूचित नहीं किए गए है जैसे टाइप - काडिग ।
9. बर्शनरी , मशीनो श्रौजार और अन्य पुौँ ( विद्युत् मशीनरी को छोड़कर ) का विनिर्माण:
( 1 ) कृषि मशीनरी , इसके उपस्करो और पुौँ का विनिर्माण ।
( 2) ड्रिलो, कोयला काटने की मशीनो, श्रर्थ मूविग , लिफ्टिंग और हाङस्टिंग मशीनरी , क्रेन , वाहको और रोड गेलगे तथा निर्माण और खनन उद्योगो द्वारा प्रयोग मे आने वाली अन्य भारी मशीनरी और साज सामान की मरम्मत और निर्माण ।
( 3 ) प्राइम - मूवर, बायलर और स्टीम जनरेटिग प्लाट जैसे डीजल इंजन और इनके पुर्जों का निर्माण ।
( 4 ) खाद्य और वस्त्र उद्योगो के लिए औद्योगिक मशीनरी ।
( 5 ) खाद्य और वस्त्र से भिन्न उद्योगो के लिए औद्योगिक मशीनरी ।
( 6) रेफ्रिजरेटर, वातानुकूलक, अग्निशमक उपस्कर तथा अन्य पुर्जी, सघटको मौर उपकरणो का निर्माण ।
( 7) बिजली से न चलने वाली मशीनरी , सघटको, उपस्करो और उपकरणो की ऐसी वस्तुओ का निर्माण , परिवर्तन और मरम्मत जो अन्यत्न वर्गीकृत नही की गई है ।
( 8 ) मशीनो औजारो , उनके पुर्जी और उपकरणो का विनिर्माण ।
( 9 ) कार्यालय परिकलन एवं लेखा मशीनरी और उनके पुर्जों का निर्माण ।

( 10 ) बिजली से न चलने वाली ऐसी मशीनरी , उपस्करो , सघटकों और उपकरणों का विनिर्माण जो अन्यत्न वर्गीकृत नही किए गए है ( जैसे सिलाई मशीनें , स्वचालित व्यापारिक मगीने, धोने, लांड्री, निजल धुलाई ओर प्रेस करने की मशीनें, पकाने के चूल्हे और तन्दूर , अन्य सेवा उद्योग मगोने, प्रस्त्र-शस्त्र और आयुत्रो का विनिर्माग।
10. परिवहन उपस्करों और उनके पुर्षों का विनिर्माण:
( 1 ) समुद्री जहाज बनाना और उनकी मरम्मत ।
( 2 ) इजनो और उनके पुर्जों का विनिर्माण ।
( 3 ) रेल के माल- डिब्बो और सवारी डिब्बो और उनके पुर्जों का विनिर्माण ।
( 4) अन्य रेल -मार्ग उपस्करो का विनिर्माण ।
( 5) मोटर गाडियों और उनके पुर्जों का विनिर्माण ।
( 6) मोटर साइकलो और स्कूटरों तथा उनके पुर्जों का विनिर्माण ।
( 7) बाइसिकलो और साइकल रिक्शों तथा उनके पुर्जों का विनिर्माण ।
( 8 ) वायुयान और उसके पुर्जों का विनिर्माण ।
( 9 ) बैलगाडी, ठेलगाडी, हथगाड़ी आदि ।
( 10) ऐसे परिवहन उपस्करो और उनके पुर्षों का निर्माण जो इस अधिसूचना में अन्यत्र विनिर्दिष्ट नहीं किए गए है ।
11. प्रश्य निर्माणकारी उद्योग :
( 1 ) चिकित्सीय , शल्य और वैज्ञानिक उपस्करो का विनिर्माण ।
( 2) फोटोग्राफी और प्रकाशित वस्तुओ का विनिर्माण ( फोटो रसायनों, सुग्राहित कागज और फिल्मो को छोड़कर ) ।

( 2 ) लकडो ( प्लाईवुड में भिन्न ) की चिगई और समतल करना ।

( 7) लक्ड़ी के फर्नीचर और उपस्करो ( फिक्ाचर ) का निर्माण ।
( 8 ) बास और रेत के फर्नीचर तथा उपस्को ( फिचर ) का विनिर्माण ।
(9) लकडी, बास और बेत के ऐसे उत्पादों का विनिर्माग जो इस अधिसूचना में अन्यत्त विनिर्दिष्ट नहीं किए गए है ।
3 कागज चोर कागजों के उत्पादों का विनिर्माण और मुद्रण प्रकाशन और अनुषंगो उद्योग :
( 1 ) लुगुदी, कागज और गत्ते का घिनिर्माण जिसमें अखबारी कागज भी है ।
( 2 ) कागज और गत्ते के डिब्बों और अक्तों का विनिर्माण ।

4 चमड़ा और चमड़ा एवं लोमचर्म उत्पात्रों ( मरम्मत के सिवाय ) का विनिर्माण ।
(1 ) चमड़े का शोधन, सपाधत , फिनिशिग , समद्भरण और जापाणिग ।
( 2 ) बल्कनित या मोल्डेड रयड या प्लास्टिक के जूनों के अतिरिक्त जूतों का धिनिर्माण (मरम्मत को छंडार ) ।
