NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th, March 1977
S.O 217 (E) —In exercise of the powers connferred by section 5 of the seeds Act, 1966 (54 of 1986), the Central Government after consultation with the Central Seeds Committee, being of opinion that it in necessary and expedient to regulate the quality of the kind of seeds specified in the column (1), in respect of the varie- ty thereof specified in the corresponding entry in column (2), of the Table below, to be sold for the purposes of agricultural, hereby declares the said variety of seeds to be notified variety for the purposes of said Act in respect of the areas specified in the corresponding entry m column (3), of the said Table,
