New Delhi, the 7th March 1977
S.O. 218(E) —In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Seeds Act, 1966 (54 of 1066) the Central Government after consultation with the Central Seeds Committee, hereby denotifics the varieties specified in column (1) of the Table below, which were notified as such varieties vide notification of the Govern- ment of India in the late Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Agriculture) No. S O. 4045. dated the 24th Sep- tember, 1969, in respect of the areas specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said table, namely —
