NOTIFICATION

S.O. 228(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, namely —
1. CD These rules may be called the Authentication (Order and other Instru- ments) Second Amendment Pules, 1977.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In rule 2 of the Authentication (Orders and Other Instruments) Rules, 1958, in clause (19A), before the words "Assistant Director", the words and brackets "Joint Director (Labour Relations) or" shall be Inserted.
