S.O. 235(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 16B of the Tea Act. 1953 (29 of 1953). the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce, No S.O. 798 (E), dated the 16th December, 1976, namely:—
In paragraph 2 of the said order, for the figures and word "90 days" the figures and word "150 days" shall be substituted
