S O. 238(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (k) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Sick Textile Undertakings (Nationalisation) Act, 1974 (57 of 1947), the Central Government hereby specifies the 14th day of March, 1977 as the date for the purposes of section 18 of the said Act
