No. D I I - 4 51 (16' 5)/73 —In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the United Nations (Privileges and Immunities') Act, 1947 (46 of 1947), the Central Government hereby declares that the provisions contained in the Notification of even number dated the 30th August, 1973 and subse- quently extended vide Notifications of the same number dated the 23rd February, 1974, 23rd August, 1974, 17th February, 1975 and 10th September, 1975, published in the Gazette of India, Part III, Section 2, shall continue to apply to the International Committee of the Red Cross and its delegates till 31st August, 1977.
