S.O. 243(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 5 of the Paper (Conservation and Regulation of Use) order, 1974, the Central Government hereby exempts the printing of advertisement or propaganda material, calendars, diaries and invitation or greeting cards from the operation of the provisions of clause 3 of the said order for a period up to and inclusive of the 31st March, 1978
