No. 2-VP(2) 2/76.—In exercise of the powers conferred by item (at of clause 2 of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order, 1947, and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Civil Supplies and Cooperation No. 2-VP(2)2/76 dated 4th January, 1977, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri T Balakrishnan, Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Civil Supplies and Cooperation as the Vegetable Oil Products Controller for India, vice Shri B N Javasimha
