EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 19th March 1977
SUBJECT -Scheme for exports of Indon shirts , blouses and cotton bedlinen to Norway during the quota year 1st January , 1977-31st December , 1977 .
No 9 - ETC ( PN ) /77.-The scheme relates to exports of ( 1 ) shirts for boys and men and ( 2) blouses for girls and women manufactured out of all fibres and (3) cotton bedlinen to Norway from 1st January , 1977 to 31st December , 1977
2. Exports will be allowed from any port in India .
3. Quotas for export of these items to Norway will be allotted on first - come- first- served basis and as soon as the ceiling in any of the three items is pierced , further allotment of quotas for that item will be stopped forthwith
4. However , exports of handmade cottage industry products made of hand- loom fabrics or traditional folklore handicrafts products falling within the three categories mentioned above viz shirts for boys and men , blouses for girls and women and cotton bedlinen , will not be subject to quota restrictions and hence it is not necessary to obtain Export Certificates for export of such items to Norway during 1977. are to issuance of another certificate declaring that the items being exported cottage industry products of India Such Handloom Certificates will be issued by the Textile Committee , Bombay or its representatives at upcountry ports .
5. Imports of shirts , blouses and cotton bedlinen will not be admitted by Norwegian authorities during 1977 , unless they are accompanied with either Export Certificates issued by the Cotton Textiles Exports Promotion Council or Handloom Certificates issued by the Textile Committee .
6. Quotas issued by the Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council will not be transferable without the express consent of the Council in writting , 7. A non - rewundable charge will be levied by the Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council for issue of quotas .
8. All shippers shall submit a monthly report to Cotton Textiles Export Pro- motion Council giving details of shipments effected against quotas issued to them. These statements should reach the Council by the 10th of the subsequent month

विषय . कोटा वर्ष 1-1-77 से 31-12-77 के दौरान नार्वे को भारतीय कमीजों, ब्लाउजों एव सूती बेडलाइनेन का निर्यात करने के लिए योजना ।
संख्या 9 -ईटीसी (पीएन ) 77 -यह योजना ( 1 ) लडको एव मर्दों के लिए कमीजों और ( 2 ) लड़कियों एवं औरतो के लिए सम्पूर्ण धागे से बनी ब्लाउजो एव ( 3 ) सूती बेडलाइनेन का 1 जनवरी , 1977 से 31 दिसम्बर , 1977 तक नार्वे को निर्यात करने से सम्बन्धित है ।
2. निर्यात की स्वीकृति भारत के किसी भी पत्तन से दी जाएगी ।
3. नायें को इन मदो के निर्यात के लिए कोटा पहले आए सो पहले पाए के आधार पर नियत किया जाएगा एवं जैसे ही इन मदो में से किसी भी एक मद की उच्चतम सीमा पहुंच जाती है, इसके साथ ही उस मद के लिए आगे कोटे का नियलन बन्द कर दिया जाएगा ।
4. लेकिन , हथकरघा वस्त्र निर्मित हस्तनिर्मित गृह उद्योग उत्पादो या परम्परागत लोक हस्तशिल्प उत्पादो जो उपर्युक्त तीन मदो की श्रेणी अर्थात् लडको एव मर्दों के लिए कमीज, लड़कियो एब औरतो के लिए ब्लॉउज तथा सूती बेडलाइनेन के अन्तर्गत आते है , उनके निर्यात कोटा प्रति- बधिता के अधीन नही होगे और इसलिए 1977 के दौरान नावें को इस प्रकार की मदो का निर्यात करने के लिए निर्यात प्रमाण -पत्त लेने की जरूरत नहीं है फिर भी, इस प्रकार से छूटप्र.प्त मदों के भाग 1-खं. 1

निर्यात अन्य ऐसे भी प्रमाण पत्त्र जारी करने के अधीन होगे कि निर्यात की जाने वाली मदें भारत के गृह उद्योग उत्पाद है । इस प्रकार के हस्तकरघा प्रमाण -पत्र वस्त्र समिति , बम्बई द्वारा या देश के भीतर के पत्तनो के प्राधिकारियो द्वारा जारी किए जाएंगे ।
5 कमीजो, ब्लाउजो एव सूती बेडलाइनेनो के आयात की स्वीकृति नार्वे के प्राधिकारियो द्वारा तब तक नहीं दी जाएगी जब तक उनके साथ या तो सूती वस्त्र निर्यात संवर्धन परिषद् द्वारा जारी किए गए निर्यात प्रमाण पत्र या वस्त्र श्रायुख्त द्वारा जारी किए गए हथकरघा प्रमाण पत्र नही है ।
6 मूनी वस्त्र निर्यात मवर्धन परिषद् द्वारा जारी किए गए कोटे परिषद् की लिखित रूप मे दिए गए स्पष्ट विचार के बिना हस्तान्तरण नही होगे ।
करेगी 7. कोटे जारी करने के लिए , सूती वस्त्र निर्यात संवर्धन परिषद् अदेय एक शुल्क वसूल
8 पोत णिको को जारी किए गए कोटो के मद्दे किए गए पोतलदानो का ब्यौरा देते हुए सभी को सूती वस्त्र निर्यात सवर्धन परिषद् को एक मासिक रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करनी पडेगी ।
