PUBLIC NOTICE
New Delhi, the 22nd March 1977
No.DRAWBACK/PN-8,/77.—Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification No 52/F No 602/2/70-DBK, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 25th August 1571}, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No DRAWBACK/PN-1 dated the 15th October, 1971, as am- ended from time to time: —
For the existing item A of sub-serial No 3804 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely —
A(i) Utensils made wholly of Rs. 27.60 (Rupees twenty seven and non-magnetic stainless steel paise sixty only) per kg sheets of 18 to 21 SWG,
(ii) Utensils made wholly of Rs 42 50 (Rupees forty two and pase non-magnetic stainless steel fifty only) per kg. sheets of 22 to 26 SWG.
