का० वि ० श्र ० 9-ई केन्द्रीय सरकार ने , भारत सरकार के रक्षा मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं ० का ० नि ० श्र ० 13 - ई तारीख 20 सितम्बर , 1972 में यह घोषित किया था कि अम्बाला छावनी के प्रशासन के लिए, छावनी बोर्ड, अम्बाला के गठन में फेरफार वांछनीय है ;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार ने समय समय पर भारत सरकार के रक्षा मन्त्रालय की अधिसूचना स ० का ० नि ० आ० 18 - ई, तारीख 17 सितम्बर, 1973, का ० नि ० आ ० 33 - ई, तारीख 26 सितम्बर , 1974, का ० नि ० आ ० 28 - ई , तारीख 22 सितम्बर , 1975 और का ० ति० आ ० 21 - ई, तारीख 22 मार्च , 1976 द्वारा उक्त घोषणा किये जाने पर गठित बोर्ड के कार्यालय की अवधि 27 मार्च , 1977 तक, जिसमें यह दिन भी सम्मिलित है , बढा दी थी ,

और केन्द्रीय सरकार का समाधान हो गया है कि अम्बाला छावनी के प्रशासन के लिए उक्त बोर्ड के कार्यालय की अवधि को एक वर्ष की और अवधि के लिए बढ़ाना वाछनीय है ,
अत' अब छावनी अधिनियम, 1924 ( 1924 का 2 ) की धारा 14 की उपधारा ( 4) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त बोर्ड के कार्यालय को, 27 मार्च, 1978 तक एक वर्ष की और अवधि के लिए, जिसमें वह दिन भी सम्मिलित है, अथवा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 13 के अधीन बोर्ड के गठित होने तक , इसमें से जो भी पूर्ववत हो , बढ़ाती है ।

SRO. 9 - E. Whereas the Central Government, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence , No. SR.O. 13 - E, dated the 20th September , 1972 , had declared that for the administration of the Ambala Canton- ment, it was desirable to vary the Constitution of the Cantonment Board , Ambala;
And whereas the Central Government , from time to time , by the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence Nos . SRO 18 - E , dated the 17th September , 1973 , SRO 33 - E , dated the 26th September , 1974 , SRO 28 - E , dated the 22nd September , 1975 and SRO 21 - E . dated the 22ndthe 22nd March , 1976 , had ex- tended the term of office of the Board constituted upon the making of the said declaration upto and Inclusive of the 27th March , 1977 ,
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that for the administration of the Cantonment Ambala , it is desirable to extend the term of office of the sald Board by a further period of one year ,
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub section ( 4 ) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act , 1924 ( 2 of 1924 ) , the Central Government hereby extends the term of office of the said Board by a further period of one year upto and inclusive of the 27th March , 1978 or till a Board is constituted under section 13 of the said Act , whichever is earlier

का० नि० ग्रा ० 10 - ई. केन्द्रीय सरकार, छावनी अधिनियम, 1924 ( 1924का 2) की धारा 14 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के खंड (ख ) और ( ग ) के साथ पठित उपधारा ( 3 ) के अनुसरण में अधिसूचित करती है कि 28 मार्च , 1977 से उस स्टेशन के कमाडिग अफसर द्वारा निम्नलिखित व्यक्ति, छावनी बोर्ड, अम्बाला के सदस्य नामनिर्दिष्ट किये गये है, अर्थात-
1. मेजर जी आर मलिक
धारा 14 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के खंड ( ख ) के अधीत नामनिदिष्ट ।
धारा 14 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के खंड ( ग) के अधीन नामनिर्दिष्ट ।
2. श्री मिश्रीलाल के पुत्र श्री प्यारेलाल

SRO 10 - E . In pursuance of sub - section ( 3 ) , read with clauses ( b ) and ( c ) of sub - section ( 2 ) , of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 ( 2 of 1924 ) , the Central Government hereby notifies that the following persons have been noml- nated by the Officer Commanding the Station to be the members of the Canton- ment Board , Ambala with effect from the 28th March , 1977 , namely-
1 Major GR Malık-nominated under clause ( b ) of sub - section ( 2 ) of section 14
2. Shri Pyarelal , son of Shri Mısrılal- nominated under clause ( c ) of sub- section ( 2) of section 14
