NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th March 1977
S.O. 255(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, namely..—
1, (1) These rules may be called the Authentication (Orders and other Ins- truments) Third Amendment Rules, 1977.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette,

after clause (3-A), the following clause shall be Inserted, namely—
"(3-B) In the case of orders and other instruments relating to the Ministry of Defence, by the Senior Accounts Officer in the Navy Wing of that Ministry; or"
