New Delhi , the 26th March 1977
G.S.R. 131 ( E ) .----In pursuance of sub- section ( 1 ) of section 4 of the Warehous ng Corporations Act , 1962 ( 58 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby sanctions the issue of fourteen thousand shares of the Central Warehousing Corporation of the face value of one thousand rupees each , amounting to 1.4 crores of rupees , as ts seventh issue , out of the total authorised share capital of fifty crores of rupees livided into five hundred thousand shares of the face value of one thousand rupees each .

सा० का ० नि० 131 ( प्र) -केन्द्रीय सरकार, भाण्डागारण निगम अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 58 ) की धारा 4 की उप -धारा ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में , केन्द्रीय भाण्डागारण निगम के प्रत्येक एक हजार रुपये के अंकित मूल्य के पांच लाख शेयरो मे विभक्त पचास करोड़ रुपये की कुल प्राधिकृत शेयर पूजी मे से 14 करोड़ रुपये के प्रत्येक एक हजार रुपये अकित मूल्य के चौदह हजार शेयरो को उनके सातवें निर्गम के रुप मे , जारी किए जाने की मंजूरी देती है ।

G.S.R. 131 - A ( E ) . In pursuance of sub - section ( 2 ) of section 4 of the Warehous- ing Corporations Act , 1962 ( 58 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby specifies the period upto the 30th June , 1977 , as the period by which the sixty per cent of the share capital of the seventh issue of fourteen thousand shares of the central Warehousing Corporation of the face value of one thousand rupees each , amounting to eighty - four lakhs of rupees , may be subscribed by the Institutions mentioned in column ( 1 ) of the Table below in the proportion mentioned in the corresponding entry in column ( 2 ) of the said Table .

सा० का ० नि० 131-क ( प्र) - केन्द्रीय सरकार, भाण्डागारण निगम अधिनियम , 1962 (1962 का 58 ) की धारा 4 की उप-धारा ( 2 ) के अनुसरण मे 30 जून , 1977 तक की अवधि को उस अवधि के रूप मे विनिर्दिष्ट करती है, जिस श्रवधि तक चौरासी लाख रुपये के प्रत्येक एक हजार अंकित मूल्य के केन्द्रीय भाण्डागारण निगम के चौदह हजार शेयरों के सातवें निर्गम की शेयर पूजी के भाग 11-खं. 3 (1)

साठ प्रतिशत का अभिदाय नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) मे वर्णित संस्थाओं द्वारा उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) मे की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में वर्णित अनुपात मे किया जा सकेगा-

( ङ) कृषि उत्पाद या किसी अधिसूचित वस्तु का कारोबार करने वाले मान्यता-प्राप्त संगम और कम्पनियां
[सं ० फा ० 6-24/ 76- एस ० जी ० ( ii ) ] G.S.R. 131 - B ( E ) .-In pursuance of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 5 of the Warehous- ing Corporations Act , 1962 ( 58 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby fixes the mınimum rate of annual dividend , guaranteed by it on the fourteen thousand shares of the seventh issue of the Central Warehousing Corporation , at three and a half per cent per annum .

सा० का ० नि ० 131 -ख ( प्र) केन्द्रीय सरकार , भाण्डागारण निगम अधिनियम , 1962 (1962का 58) की धारा 5 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के अनुसरण मे केन्द्रीय भाण्डागारण निगम के सांतवें निर्गम के चौदह हजार शेयरो पर अपने द्वारा गारंटीकृत वार्षिक लाभांश की न्यूनतम दर प्रतिवर्ष साढ़े तीन प्रतिशत नियत करती है ।
