New Delhi, the 28th March 1977

G.S.R. 133(E) In pursuance of the provisions of clause (e) of section 2 of the Assam Silliminate Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Refractory Plant) Act, 1976 (22 of 1976), the Central Government hereby specifies the 23th March, 1977, as the specified date in relation to subsection (1) of section 15 of the said Act.
